Lets see, he promised a Wii U version if we gave him more money, Nintendo fans gave him more money, then he says he couldn't make a Wii U version... Pretty sure they don't like you either.
Well, I've finally found my Starfox, and I love it.

Good job dude.
Surprised at people who think they can get away with that kind of banter. What a way to alienate possible future buyers of your product.

That would be damage control.

"Hey guys! If you give us more money, we'll make you a Wii U version!"
*few months later and no Wii U version*
"OMG! Nintendo fanboys are the worst! Stop being so mean!"

He has a point. It's Nintendo's fault really and the fans should be angry with them not the devs.
Ea, Ubisoft however are just the worst.
LOL you should be a political commentator, your spin is incredible.
Facts:
When this was announced it was PC & Wii U, then they added PS3/360. They kept saying it's running great on Wii U as development went on. Next they dropped PS3/360 to add PS4/Xbox One but insisted that PC and Wii U were continuing as planned. There was always Wii U right from the Kickstarter program on day 1.

tor’s comments in full regarding the visuals of Project CARS on Wii U:
I literally just had a blast racing around one of our tracks in the rain (the most graphically-intensive weather setting) and it held up pretty damn well. Of course there are optimisations still to be done but side-by-side, the Wii U version we have running in the studio is extremely promising.
When asked why Slightly Mad has decided to bring the game to Wii U whereas other third-party developers have lessened their support, Tutor replied:
We don’t comment on other people’s decisions There are no realistic, authentic racing games on the Wii U currently, yet the way you interact with games on the Wii U has lots of possibilities when considering touch and gyroscope motion so both things combined made our decision easy.
And on the topic of seeing footage/screenshots from the Wii U version of Project CARS before the title’s launch:
Every screenshot or video you’ve seen from Project CARS so far has been taken by an actual player – any one of our WMD community members. So there should be trust already that what you see on websites or on YouTube is actually what you’re going to see in the game. There are no plans to abuse that trust when it comes to the Wii U version

Which is not exactly the same thing. No PC uses the Wii U's unique architecture.

Just close enough to give the idea it's possible esp when in the time of the article it was running great on Wii U from the devs them self. They promised not to betray Wii U fans.

Actually, that's not all correct. I was one of the backers of the game and it wasn't funded on Kickstarter, and it was for PC only. The console versions were added later.

Thanks for clarifying. It's confusing either way and they really mucked up the whole situation by simply not being up front from the get go. That's the main issueActually, that's not all correct. Reading further Kickstarter looks to be wrong as it was their own crowd funding setup which helped fund development.
None of that makes up for leading on a userbase for so long with half truths and misinformation.
It is really confusing, but it's also an important distinction to make; the popular narrative going around is that the game was primarily/largely funded by Nintendo owners, when in reality the console versions were added at the end of the crowdfunding.
