So I found this footage online, and it wasn't until the end that I realised there's no hud on the screen....

Now does this mean this is the Wii U version?

Your thoughts and opinions....

It could be the PC version, and someone used console commands to turn off the HUD.

ohh this is very interesting, i would not have realised the lack of hud. im surprised no one else picked up on this, because although the channel that uploaded this did so recently, i watched the same footage of the game back in november on another channel. so it has been around for some time, then again i dont remember if the footage i previously saw had the hud on screen or not, maybe it did. anyway, i unfortunately have no clue whether or not this is wii u footage or not, but thx for the post

I actually looked into it and it was the same demo that they should at E3 which also had no hud!

Now I assume it was demoed on a PC....

Anyone know for certain or was it behind closed doors?

well in that case its ps360, nintendo confirmed the footage shown at E3 was ps360, the reason for no hud was most likely because it was just a demo, no hud needed
