During his career, Tatsumi Kimishima has worked with The Pokemon Company, and has been in leadership roles at Nintendo of America for most of his time with Nintendo.

They don't need to hire from outside. They need to hire a guy who believes in a global market. They have that man.Satoru Shibata of Nintendo of Europe. He has made a good presence in a Sony dominated region. He has the serious potential to make Nintendo a powerhouse again.

he looks a little scared. He will put trust in his people which is good, but he'll have to make sure that he keeps a good grip on the reigns.

Well technically, Iwata had a one year term, but he kept getting reelected. It's interesting to see what happens from here on out.
