I may be wrong here but I think no main (numbered) FF game has been on a Nintendo console since DS with the ports of III, VI, with VI being the last. VII was never on a Nintendo console. So why is Cloud coming to Smash? Surely that means FFVII remake is coming to Wii U/NX??

NX if at all. Cloud is likely the ballot character. Plus he has been on Nintendo platforms before. Kingdom Hearts,Rhythm and Explorers. Likely all it means. Wii U not a chance in hell. NX..possible as DQXI is "considered" even tho likely going to NX. So FF7 on NX can happen. I mean if it's coming to XBO lol
