There was a rumor that Rocksteady was working on a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game that would be in a similar style to their Batman games. Unfortunately, Sefton Hill of Rocksteady has said that "while the rumor was amusing, they're doing no such thing."
It could be argued that they're simply keeping it under wraps, but if that were the case, I doubt anything would have been said. This sounds like it was all a mistake. And that's a real shame.
