David Franco is a freelancer who is working on an unannounced title for the Wii U. He's done a noticeable amount of work with 5th Cell in the past, working on games such as Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts, suggesting that perhaps he's working on another title with them for the Wii U. Or at least, that appears to be a logical assumption.
It may take a while before we know the truth.
