Gamecube games on Wii U eshop?

I was looking up the Wii U on wikipedia and near the bottom it said Nintendo announced there will be gamecube games on the eshop!Has anyone else heaed of this?It sounds not just beleivable but likely.

A rep said something along the lines of they would see no reason not to.

Well, it's probable that they will opt out to put up any game that had heavy use of the pressure triggers. It's not like Super Mario Sunshine is completely incapable of being played if it wasn't used.
It's highly probable that they will do with Gamecube games what Sony did with PS2 games: turn them into Nintendo's equivalent of HD Classics.

Well maybe we can use the Pro controller as an equivalent of the Classic Controller or Nintendo will probably issue out a new Classic Controller.
