Hey Guys So Nintendo is gonna give something special whoever reaches one Million Coins in New Super Mario Bros 2. I don't mind going after this goal with competing with millions of other players Worldwide. Are you guys going after the Goal?

I saw this, I was going for the goal anyway.
I am going to make it a surprise on what it is, so when I get to the goal I find out for myself.

Yep. I'm going for the goal. I hope it unlocks a secret character or an entire new set of worlds like 3D Land. The hard thing is that the game comes out in a week in Japan. While it doesn't launch in NA, Europe and Australia until mid August. So with the longer period of time ( other recent Mario games had like a one or two week difference in release dates) videos of the levels, bosses, final boss and other spoilers will be more wide spread and can ruin the surprises.

They should at least make Wario an unlockable character because this game is perfect for him and it makes more sense to have him and Waluigi in the Mario Bros. series than those two Toads.

i don't think this is the case, but since they said it's not a gimmicky reward, i'm thinking there is a small chance it might be E-Shop points. that would be awesome but i doubt it

Well it would be cool and make sense, since he loves coins more than Mario.

Maybe it would unlock some new AR games.
It will probably be a different menu screen or a new boss like a super massive bowser jr riding on a super tiny skeleton dragon

Imagine if Nintendo sends you a Coin Trophy with your Name on it, saying Congrats for reaching One Million coins.
