An Unidentified Best Buy Employee was making custom Wii U preorder tags for the store and he was only doing confirmed games. That means BO2 is offical and in Best Buy's system.

... The box was made by a Best Buy employee. The game for Wii U is eligible for preorders from Best Buy though and the employee confirmed it is coming to the Wii U.

The guy in a regular user on Neogaf. He works at best buy and created this abomination you see himself. The ID number that is scanned in the computer is legit though and links to Blops 2 for the Wii U so that's why he made it.
