The World Ends With You countdown clock was just for an iOS version. But, MAYBE, just MAYBE, Square-Enix will announce it at the Tokyo Game Show. If this happens, it would be so funny. (But awesome!)

But I gotta say, Square-Enix probably made this port to gain a bigger fanbase, and then make a sequel.

Companies often do this kind of thing, and I hope that this will help them achieve that. They shouldn't have teased hardcore fans like this though.

I wouldn't get my hopes up, ever since the Square-Enix merger they have done nothing but generally disappoint me. Theatrhythem Final Fantasy was the first Square-Enix game I've thoroughly enjoyed since FFX and TWEWY.
