This is really really old news. There was probably a topic on this already. Why put now?

Seriously, so happy they got rid of the slide pad things, they worked fine for the 3DS, but for a new home console, the thumbsticks which click down were necessary. I MIGHT pre-order the console with ZombiU, hopefully I can.

Guys, I asked him to show me the difference between the old one and the new one. There has been no thread that shows the differences. Probably just images of the new gamepad. Thank you Brian for doing this. :D

The new controller is so nice, all it's missing is concave analog sticks. Like the 360 controller

That I don't really mind. I like both styles of analog. It's not really a point that people will complain about anyway. Unless it's a MS fanboy.

It's really not a big deal. I can do both and I'm sure 99.99...9% people can too. But I really like the Xbox analog sticks and think it would be cool if the Gamepad had them

They should put those circle lines on it like the Gamecube controller.

I'd be okay with that. I remember liking the Gamecube controller's sticks. They had a nice grippy thing going on :)

Yeah the GC controller was really good. I very much liked the button placement on it too. It looked unique and it was comfortable. The triggers were amazing.

I think it might be the best controller ever, along with the Xbox 360. The GC controller was the perfect hardcore controller (for the time at least). It just felt so perfect, so natural, and still had unique button placement. God, I love nothing more than pressing that huge A button!

I positively love the GC controller, but I still don't think it's the best one. My favorite is still the Super Nintendo controller. That thing is just perfect and it was durable. I still have controllers from my original system that look and play like they are brand new, That's hard to find nowadays with controllers.

I hope the ridges on the analog have a longer wear time than the GC controller...
