Tecmo have announced that they are working on a new installment in the Ninja Gaiden-series entitled Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z.
The game will blend the ninja-mythology with, well, zombies. The game is in development by Spark Unlimited (whom also is working on Lost Planet 3) with supervision of Team Ninja and Comcept Intercept (former Capcom-legend Keiji Inafunes new studio).
Spark Unlimited describes the game as "a bold new take on 3rd Person Action/Horror genre"
No platforms have been mentioned except for "the console and PC markets".

Due to Ninja Gaiden 3: Razors Edge coming for Wii U i bet theres a huge chance for this to arrive on Wii U as well.

I really don't know... Looks like they're going to spin the series in a weird way, just like Metal Gear Rising. Time will tell, I guess.
