I have a box t.v. one of the old ones but it has the red white and yellow hook ups. Will my Wii U run on this television set up? I am getting an HD t.v. but that wont be untill christmas. I bought the Deluxe bundle so it should have the hook ups right?

It comes with an HDMI cable...but they really haven't shown the back...so I'm not sure if it has AV connection. I would think they would...who knows maybe it will share the same connection as the Wii

It does support standard AV inputs, however you have to have them already, as it doesn't come packed in with them. The ones that work with your Wii will work with it, so just use those.

Be wary, the suck is coming.

Nintendo have been saying since it was announced that you'll be able to use the current wii video cables to connect the wii u to your tv if you want.

Someone said this in another post, but yes, old Wii cables will work with the Wii U. It won't come packaged with the Wii U.

Also, there's another thread similar to this one. Be sure to search next time ^^
