Well I know not much has been released about the online gaming but. How do you think it will be?
Will there be a code to get online like ps3, or will the game just connect like the wii games?

By code, I'm assuming you mean a ID. As far as we know friend codes will be making a return, however they will be much better than the Wii. (We're not sure how, but still.)

No no..
Code as in onlone pass.
Of you buy a new ps3 game it has and online pass code.
If you buy it use your need to buy one for $10.

Well, technically, username-like "IDs" could be called friend codes. It's all about the choice of words, we will have to wait on Nintendo's official word on it.

OOOOH. Ok. It will be up to the individual dev to determine if they want to do that kind of thing. I doubt Nintendo would ever implement that in first party titles.

Probably, since they haven't said anything so far about having to pay, which they would have when they told us the release date and pricing info of the Wii U. I don't see the real reason you would have to pay to play online anyways, which is why I haven't had Xbox Live since Halo Reach came out, and that was from the 2 month free card thingy.

And thats y my xbox never saw the internet, then it broke down after a few yrs and i just left it alone and went to ps3.

I just feel that the online is included in the price of the game.

I am hoping the online is free, however having played copious amounts of online and both ps3 and 360 I would have to say that xbox live service is better less lag less dropped games etc.Now thats just my opinion I know. But is xbox live better because of the investment from live subscription or are their net people just better at it than sony?

Could just be sony having more people online because its free vs xbox which is paid so less people.
Idk could be the.servers. I only had problems with bf3 on ps3 and thats because they use there own server.

Will there be a code to get online like ps3, or will the game just connect like the wii games?

I don't know if they'll have code input. I believe Ubisoft did it first with Driver: San Fransisco, and then Sony followed with Resistance 3. It unlocks the multiplayer element of the game. In essence, the idea is to get a little bit of cash of used game sales (as opposed to scaring off used game sales. I think the intent is to make money here). I think EA has also gotten on board since, and I'd be expecting at least EA and Ubisoft to be doing it from now on.

As for the online gaming on the Wii U itself, we do know that EA has helped work on it. They've given it praise time and time again, and I don't recall any developer outside of Nintendo saying "It's less than I expected."

I don't believe we will pay for online. We will pay for titles of course. I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of premium service existed as well.

As for the Xbox 360, keep in mind that it was around before the Wii and PS3. They had a small window of monopoly to charge people for online service, and it worked. The online service itself has been more robust than it's competitors of the same generation because they probably just grabbed their buddies over at the networking department to do it for them. And they've never looked back since.

Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON

Yeah basically. The premium is only available in the Deluxe Bundle and won't be available elsewhere. However the only perk is:

a reward programme that grants points for digital purchases in Nintendo eShop. Valued at around 10% of the original Nintendo eShop price, this credit can be used against future purchases once you reach a minimum of 500 points.

Yea heard its a cash back program. But also why are they doing points again? i thought they where going to stop that system.
And im having a feeling some people will be upset because the deluxe will have this program while the other basic white system wont.

I also wonder if online will be up and running day one. I remember the vita wasnt working that good at launch.

But the Vita lacked support anyway, so I'm not surprised. Dooes Sony have regular PSN problems anyway?
