A little worrying, but considering NSMBU and other launch titles support it. I doubt it's not going to make it. But I'm fine if it doesn't make launch.

The xbox 360 dashboard appears when you don't have internet connectivity, whats your point?

My point? As Satoru Iwata said when explaining the Miis that gathered around the software icons:
''The Miis you see there are not random, your Mii will be there (when you create one, as I mentioned in my last post), along with every person who has an account on your Wii U system (again, when you create them). In addition, your friends are there and finally, also in the scene are people from your country or who speak your language who are also playing the games that's represented by the tiles/icons. (Do you really think it'll automatically be there without you connecting it to the internet?)''

Obviously the Mii's wouldn't be there if you have No internet connection, but the miiverse software will still be there as It's integrated into the console.
