I am expecting at every store, people will cut in line to get their Wii U sooner and tons of fights between pre order people and non preorder people. I am also expecting a fight where everybody pushes and shoves each other into the ground to get the Wii U.

I don't know if you're being serious or joking. Either way I very much doubt anything like that will happen except maybe very few isolated cases.

any nintendo retailer will definately be open on the 18th. The cash register will be ringing all day til inventory runs out

Just to add to what the op said i remember at WII launch there was a huge fight cause the preorder people thought they could cut to the front of the line ( when in fact it makes no difference ), they had to use a security guard to seperate Moms and middle aged balding men.

Idk about that.
My gamestop has asways been great and never had a problem.
They arent doing a midnight but will be open Sunday moriing. So ill probably be up there 15-20min before they open.
The plan is to show up wait in the car unless there is a line outside. Then go into the store show my gamestop card and pick up the wii u. Should be very fast as all preorders are.

the only places i would see people fighting in line is if they didnt preorder it and @ stores like walmart and target.

If this happens I'm just going to step to the side, laugh when the cashier tells them they don't have anymore, then step back in line and calmly receive my pre ordered console. Then I'm going to run out of the store screaming MY PRECIOUS MY PRECIOUS!
