Kevin Fair has been waiting for a Wii U since Monday, and he doesn't plan on keeping the system. He's giving the Wii U away in a raffle at a food drive to benefit the Chicago Food Depository, all part of his I play game charity initiative.

This is a man I can respect. :)

All that waiting, just to give the console to charity, that's one of those things that makes a good person the way I see it.

I sure Hope a Sony or Microsoft fan won't win the raffle.

Bless, I'm glad people are like that! It gives me a lot more hope in humanity!

Hi, my name is Alph. I live on a planet named Koppai. I am famous for saving my planet from starvation. My best friends are Brittany and Captain Olimar, NOT Captain Charlie. I like surfing the KopNet and playing Kopetball.

Wish I could be that generous. That would also be the best prize I've ever seen in any raffle :)

if that's a genuine act of kindness then that's really nice.
But... why a Wii U, seems a bit like one of those people that make sure everyone knows when they're helping those in need...

That's kind, but people do this kind of thing all the time, even bigger things in fact, and they never get recognition like this.

I think we should sit for a few minutes and think about what some people REALLY do out there for charity.

I have sold my Wii U, so if I deleted you from NN before I sold it, or haven't accepted your friend request since, this is why.
