Yes they been a tear down already it didn't come back with much other than the possibility that the wiiu ram is slower the ps3 and 360 ram.

Yes there was a live stream but it was pretty useless.

To be fair, I'm not sure what's to be expected, really. If the innards don't explicitly show what the part details are, it makes it a little difficult to provide new information. Of course, that being said, this is what I inferred about the teardown since I didn't even know it was going on until they had already practically started reassembling it.

There's only so much you can tell from a tear down, don't expect any real solid information because everything is ultimately just custom made and based on different models.

There have been a few teardowns. I know they said the Wii U has 2GB of DDR3 Ram at a max speed of 17GB/S. It appears the Wii U does have more memory than the 360 and PS3, but uses slower RAM.

There you go.

Молоту войн и рокоту гроз вольные рати верны, где ветром могучим из братины звёзд рунные стяги пьяны.

"While they didn't solve all the system's mysteries, like what its GPU is like,"
Well, that's what I mostly wanted to know :l Thanks anyway. I hope we'll get more soon.

there is a very interesting teardown by Anandtech and its not good... They measured 12.8 bandwidth latency, not 17... and the gpu seems to be 4770 (slightly worse than ps3 gtx8800 but with more features)... If thats true, its away to expensive, I dont want to buy controllers, I want to buy a console that worths the bucks... anyway Neogaf also confirmed that 12.8 is the correct. http://www.neogaf.co...ad.php?t=500424 (and if you read all the comments, there is an argument, that its not EVEN 12.8 but 6.4 instead)

I personally always use guru3d, anandtech and toms for my parts info... so thats what I waited for.. I will wait till they totally decode what is what (in the gpu and and cpu). No way for 400 euro, not even 300... nor 250... (for me)

In a general manner, Wii U, till to date, proves to focus on the current gen and nothing to do with "next gen" machines. But it does have some extra features for an extension of the current gen lifespan. But those who expected wii U as a kick us, dissapointed a bit, because it wont push the industry enough... (for better games at all)

ps: Those who played black ops, really enjoying it and it got 8+... better than pse and 360.. so thats good.
ps1: I stop having faith about the demos sawed 2 years ago at E3! I start believing it was a hoax.. Its not my fault about it, but the demos looked amazingly good for ps3 and 360 standards and anything I read till to date about wii U, its worse.
