Who has it and what do you think of it?
Nobody has NBA 2k13, because it hasn't been released yet. I don't think an official release date has even been confirmed, except that it will be a "launch window" title.

The Wii U version is terrible so don't get it.

I'm not the biggest fan of sport games, I used to play basketball in school though, that was such a long time ago, I grew up way too fast.

The miiverse section for nba 2k13 has a few posts saying that the game was a rushed port.
