I really wish they would of put in a better sensor than infared so it COULD be used all over

I dunno. But I'm pretty sure that all that information can't be sent back and forth between the system and the gamepad via just IR... Plus, I haven't seen an IR window on the console in any videos or pictures I've seen of it. Also, why would they switch from bluetooth (wiimotes used bluetooth) to IR? Just doesn't make sense. I'm pretty sure the IR window on the gamepad is just for controlling the TV.Wow really? How is that possible then that it looses connectivity when you leave the room then - all my other bluetooth devices have better range than that
