So I am trying to edit and delete a Mii character but can not figure it out for the life of me. I go to Mii editor and it system go to settings. I go to system settings and find nothing. Any one know? Thanks!

You go to user settings, "View/Modify User Information" and select "Change Mii".

Yes. They die their skin, if you can't tell. If they're a "favorite", then they get a spray tan.
