To all you people who are worrying about the Wii U having problems at launch may I just say 1 thing, this is completely normal. when a new system launches there is bound to be problems, This happened with every console in history. The thing that we should be happy about is that most of the problems are software problems rather than hardware so it will just need an update to fix, while there are bound to be hardware problems it looks like they are not a big problem.
Dont worry, This is normal

It is not a problem until it happens to you.

I just feel bad for the odd person who's Wii U simply won't start up and those who's gamepad's are having issues but yes I agree it is to be expected and the minority of problems are hardware, easy to replace when they get back in stock

It's not 'normal' for anything to have things wrong with it. People shouldn't have to accept a $350 item being a paper weight. I think you should use your words more wisely.
It is not acceptable for Nintendo to send out all these Wii U's for sale, when they clearly weren't ready to be on sale yet, and should have did the updates in their factories before sending them out for shipments, because in the EU and AUS, it's gonna be the same damn story, as all the Wii U's will already be in the back of the shop in big containers.
By the looks of your username, and your picture, I'm just going to say you're probably a troll, and leave it at that, as you clearly have no idea what you're actually talking about.

I have sold my Wii U, so if I deleted you from NN before I sold it, or haven't accepted your friend request since, this is why.

by normal I don't mean it should happen but i'm saying that it does happen with the majority of new products that come out, be it Nintendo or other companies. there were launch problems for the 360. ps3, 3ds, wii its a very common thing, im just happy that most of these problems are software related and can always be fixed in a patch

I'm just hoping the Wii U I pick up in 10 days, has no problem.
