I just transferred my Wii data to my Wii U. I had 400 points in the Wii shop. Do the Wii online store points not transfer over to the Wii U shop? I know it's only $4, but that would've been nice to be able to use that money in the Wii U store.

The Wii Shop points can only be used in the Wii Shop, not the Wii U Shop. The good news is you haven't lost your points, but the bad news is you can only use them in Wii mode.

As I feared. Oh well. I forgot I even had the points on the Wii so it's not like it's a big deal. I just thought it'd be convenient if I could've used them in the Wii U eShop.
