I'm not sure if this has been asked before so I'm sorry if it has but my little brother and I use to buy a lot of virtual console games a lot on our Wii and now we both have our own desperate Wii u. What I'm wondering is if we would be able to get the VC games on both of our Wii u from one Wii.

Sorry about the spelling errors, using a tablet and I can't turn off auto correct haha

I don't know for sure, but I don't think you can or else 1 person could buy a bunch of VC games and then transfer it to all their friends.

I don't believe that's possible. When you do the Wii -> Wii U migration process, it transfers all purchases to the "target" Wii U all at once then removes them completely from the old Wii. Nothing can be done about that. Once they are removed from the old Wii, they cannot be transferred back according to the transfer instructions.

Huh surprised you got two if you shared a Wii. The only way I can think of you possibly getting around the issue is softmodding the Wii, but that's sort of getting into piracy territory since it involves duplicating games. :/ Seems you're out of luck.
