My name is Jeff, found this forum through a Google search for an issue I'm having with the Wii U, and decided to make an account and post here. A few things about myself:

I am a devout Nintendo fan, having had almost every Nintendo system (some have slipped through my grasp) since the NES (which I got when I was 4).

Pretty much been gaming my entire life.

Pre-ordered a Wii U the first day pre-orders were available before they were stopped, and then subsequently had to cancel it due to financial reasons. My incredible girlfriend then proceded to pre-order me one without me knowing and surprise me with it.
I jumped and danced.
While driving on the highway.

I love the look of this site already. Community here feels very friendly. However, we shall judge that by how many angry death threats I get in the replies.
Please no angry death threats...
Unless I deserve it.
Then it's ok.

Welcome to the forum....what a nice girlfriend, you better treat her well after her getting you a wii U....lol just kidding. i too have been a diehard nintendo fan...although they lost me temporarily when the gamecube came out. I went to PC and was hit by the World of Warcraft bug...well the Wii u has brought me back..I love my wii u. I have had it since launch day..and with a few minor glitches it has been great. If you have questions feel free to hit me up on the wii u...my network id is Big-E...I am also on the 3DS has JpMan. Jp standing for Jeep...lol

I owned a NES and Super Nes once there cartrage slots got loose the consoles would make me swear because the game cartrage moved and froze my game and I didn't get to kill that boss and the save flag was miles away. Wii U is here Hooraay all our problems fixed
