if people want to add other members can they please PM/message the members that they want to add, because you HAVE to add each other & just replying in this thread means nothing because people are just posting & then not coming back to read all the way through the thread.

my NNID is in my signature & i will add ANYONE but you need to PM/message me first so i know to add you to my friends list.

i don't want to come across as moaning, but there are way to many people asking to be friends with other members but the person you want to add NEEDS to know YOU want to add them.

Good point i forget all about that.

You can add me to your list. Im going to add you in a min.

I'm 39, so I'm the oldest here by the look of it! I've currently got Black Ops 2 and ZombiU.

yeah I heard from one of the world record books that the average gamer is 37 years old. Is that true? I figured it would be something more like in the 20's or upper teens.

yeah me too. I was surprised. I guess they are a lot of older gamers that are hidden because most of the gamers I see online are younger than 37. And if 37 is the average that means there are ones in their 40s and 50s too.

27 and I can honestly say I've seen more mature and friendly ppl on miiverse so far in the span if a few weeks then I have ever seen on Xbox live. The stereotype of little kids just buys laying Nintendo needs to go out the damn window .

I'm 20.

At the launch of the Wii U, where I was at... it was a bunch of older people buying it for their very young kids. Nobody anywhere near my age there.

Wow, y'all guys are older than I expected! I think most of you here grew up with the SNES/64? I'm 17which means I don't have much money to buy a Wii U. I might buy one when I'm 18, but not later for sure. I'll buy it together with my dad most likely, who is 45 years old at the moment. He grew up with the Atari 2600 and SNES, and that's why I grew up with the SNES too. He's not much of an active gamer anymore, but he's still interested in it and he should consider himself a fan if he buys a Wii U!

One of my first memories involves playing Super Mario World on SNES, but I've also got countless memories of the 64, since that was most of my childhood.

28. Bought my own. I've owned every Nintendo console except for the DSi. I remember getting a GameBoy in 1989 for christmas. My aunts and uncles were tennagers at the time and had an NES, but until around 1990 I was not allowed to play it, they thought I would break the cartridges.

29/hawaii here. First console was actually the Atari 2600. Our NES came with the grey zapper (never new they had an ORANGE zapper till recently !!!) I skipped the n64/gamecube generation (went ps1 only because square games went to them that generation). I got a PS2 but hardly played it because I was in college at the time. got a DS phat because my cousin got me hooked on Wario Ware Touched. I've owned all consoles this generation (360/ps3/wii). ANd bought a wii-U at launch.

I actually get to play and catch up on GCN games at work. I do maintenance on nintendo payperview systems so I get "test" and make sure they are in working order ;)
