Hey guys, i'm trying to get some points in my eshop account. but apparently it keeps telling me that this credit card can't be used... it's it because it's a debit card? and or what could be any other possible reasons?

In response to the 107-7511 error, this is an error from your credit card or bank not allowing the payment to go through. All you need to do is call the 800 number on the back of your card and authorize the card company to authorize online gaming purchases.

Most bank cards, prepaid and/or credit card's terms and conditions, by default, do not allow the purchase to Online dating sites, pornography, and/or gaming websites/hardware.

i am getting the same error. called my bank and they said the purchase went through, however my balance is still ZERO

I am getting the same issue My e shop balance is 0 but it shows that the money has left my available balance.
