There was “confirmation” that Nintendo was working on fixing the Wii U’s slow load times, but this turned out to be a translation issue, and no update with that purpose is being prepared for the system. Granted, I haven’t found the load times of the Wii U to be too painful, but I also wouldn’t complain if they were faster.
