i do not think you can delete the master NNID can you ?

there is no way to move accounts from console to console yet, you should be able to delete other users though.

I don't think so.
Someone might be willing to try a test account out for you, since most of us have wii u's.

More than one NNID account can be created on a console. You can delete an account without deleting your NNID info.

Based off this: http://www.nintendo....our_account.jsp

How to Delete a User Account

Description:

  • Detailed instructions on how to delete a user account.

What to do:
  • Access the User Settings for the Mii you want to delete. (How To)
  • Tap "Delete User."
  • If prompted, enter the four-digit PIN and select "OK." If the four-digit PIN has been forgotten, it will need to be reset. (How To)
  • Select "Next" to agree to delete the save data associated with the user.
  • If a Nintendo Network Account has been set up for the user, you will be asked if you want to delete the Nintendo Network Account:
    • "Delete ID" will delete the Nintendo Network Account, and any associated information (Miiverse activity, Nintendo eShop activity, etc). Deleted Nintendo Network Accounts cannot be recovered.
    • "Do not delete ID" will delete the user on the system, but will retain the Nintendo Network Account. The Nintendo Network Account can be linked to another user on the same console. (How To)
  • To confirm deletion of the user, tap "Delete." Tap "Cancel" to return to the user-selection screen.

Seems you can do it, but to obtain said stuff from your previous account you have to reattach it to a new account on the same console. There is no getting around the linked account thing, nor moving it to a new console. As it still remains tied to said one console.
