i really don't know how to use my sd 4gb
i want to save picutures of zombiu but no way
is sd card slot is useless??

the SD card slot is only used for transferring Wii games, you can put the SD card in a SD card USB adapter like this http://goo.gl/1Yx2g & the Wii U will just think it is a flashdrive.

From what I know, you can only use it for the Wii Menu, Wii system transfer, and saving Mii QR codes on it. Other than that, it's useless.

You can't save screenshots of games onto a memory device, they can only be posted to the miiverse.
It might change down the road if Nintendo add in a photo channel, but I doubt it due to copyrights.
