I think the question should be "Does the Wii U have multi audio output" as the console is already out. As to answer your question you may want to explain what you mean by multi audio output.

The surround output of the wii u is rubbish. I got a wii u today and will return it tomorrow. I game with a beamer, connected with hdmi and an excellent surround receiver but only with optical input. Well, nintendo forces me to replace my surround system or i have no sound at all. Shame on you, nintendo! No more nintendo for me under these circumstances.
