Hey there,

I just bought my Wii U today and the Mario Bros U game works perfectly fine but when I insert ZombiU it launches to the ZombiU splash screen and it just stays there, doing nothing - no sound or anything just a picture on the Game Pad of the London Guard Zombie and on the TV screen. The only way I can power off the console from here is to unplug it from the wall :/

I have tried unplugging it for 15 seconds but no dice.

Any ideas?

Put it n and see if it asked you to update the game.
When I first ran mines it took me there was a game update. Took like 5mins to download.

Yeah it's already done the update

Did you delete the update and try again if you have a poor internet connection the latest update can cause the game to freeze
