Anyway, to answer your question, I have a lot of crossovers I would do XD
But I would probably mix Zelda and Metroid. Nothing like Zelda II, but more like an actual metroid title.

Mario RPG fixes the Pokemon part, but with extra people on you team. Maximum people in a party: 6. But I want to add platforming to it. Here's my idea:

Platform level (World 1-1, etc.)
If you encounter enemies, RPG time starts. Mario/Leader has a sword! Yay! Moving platforms or obstacles don't count.

Boss levels (frequently happens, like 20 bosses)
At the end of platforming, you are allowed to use the sword as you would in Zelda.

I don't have time to fully explain it, so bye!

Mario's Epic Yarn, HAL Laboratory even said that it's a possibility, I think those type of visuals but with Mario characters would make for an amazing game.

Eh... One would be Phoenix Wright and Professor Layton, but that game is not being localized.

But other games... I guess a sonic-esque beat-em-up sidescrolling platformer. Think of it as a mix between a sonic unleashed style adventure, scott pilgrim style fighting, and a OoT style world.
