According to a member on NeoGAF saying quote.

Just took this photo at a Walmart, asked an employee and was told that the games were getting recalled to other stores that sell Vita games at a higher rate. Meaning only select locations will carry the games now.

RIP Playstation Vita 2011-2013, we hardly knew you.

Not good really, it is a bit expensive and even the old PSP didn't get used by my kids so expected this.

I might have bought a PSVita if it WASN'T SO DAMN EXPENSIVE! It's around $400 where I live. <_<

If you think Smogon ban stuff

"Just because they can't beat it"

You clearly don't play OU

You clearly have no knowledge of the metagame

And you clearly don't deserve to have an opinion.

actually the price tag didnt bother me it was the fact that certain features on the vita wifi model are locked out unless you purchase the 3g+wifi model

Can't say I blame them at all.

Actually, somebody on that NeoGaF thread brought this to my attention:

You realize this is January right? This is the month every store goes through inventory and shuffles what does and does not sell.

Plus, I still see a couple of games in that picture. :|

Even though I'm not a Sony fan, this is disappointing because I was actually considering getting one. I wanted one for Sly 4. :/ Hopefully by the time the price drops it will be selling better and Sly 4 will have dropped more in price.

This sucks for Sony. I bought the Wi-Fi model to play Gravity Rush and I love the Vita...don't get me wrong...but, the fact of the matter is. Outside of Gravity Rush - there is nothing else worth picking up really, Even the big titles that should of been good were mediocre at best. To top it off...there is barely anything in the pipeline. If your going to charge a crapton for any kind of gaming device, you need to have the software to back it up..and the Vita doesn't, nor does it seem like it ever will. The PSP is still pumping out tons of games in Japan while the Vita wastes away. This doesn't surprise me at all. If more big box stores do this, then thats even more trouble for Sony. They need a price drop on the system and the re-friggan-diculous memory card prices, as well as get some more developers on board to bring in games. I sold my Vita for my 3DSXL by the way. Best decision I ever made. I called it last year that the Vita would be lucky to make it to 2014. We will see.
