They are wrong. Its not out until February 26th in the US and its unlikely to come out that much earlier over here. Besides I wouldn't believe everything GAME tell you. Its definitely March 1st.

someone on ebay was selling it and had it in hand it was on a buy it now for £39.99 and he had great feedback.
i should of brought it but i was in to minds so how has he got it so early.

How do you know he had it now for sale and wasn't just selling a preorder or was a retailer taking an order for release day. As to answer your question its not uncommon for retail packaged copies of games to be available before the actual release date in some cases several months before. I use to work at an independent game store several years back and we had both journalists and people who worked for game developers and the game console hardware companies coming to sell games before the release date.

I want to read reviews before i get it, if you have to collect lumes to keep playing im out.
