I was once known here as KillerMario, but since I really like Banjo-Kazooie, I changed my display name to show them my respect

Console and PC are different in that regard imo. It's for those times you want to lounge about, same reason the Wii U has the streaming option really. It's just a higher quality version of that.
I use a wireless 360 controller when I want to lean back.

I don't see this as being used for playing in the same room, there is no point for playing on the small screen when you have a giant screen.

Yep, and since it's just got 802.11g or n, the range won't be as good and latency will be poop compared with wii u.That's when you are in the same room as the PC, with this you can (possibly) take your PC game, for example, into the restroom or the living room.

You do know how the Wii U's streaming works, right?

Shield uses the same thing, as it has a TEGRA chip which has enhanced miracast even further since Tegra3.

It's propietary technology developed between broadcom and nintendo, not just simple 802.
:[ broadcom lied to me, they said they made it for nintendo specially.

That changes my view.Miracast is NOT proprietary and NOT developed by Nintendo. Broadcom just made them a dedicated 802.11n chip for it, that's all. So honestly the Shield, using a Tegra 4, should have the same streaming capabilities if not better.

Why would it be sarcasm? Not sure if that was sarcasm, but okay.
If they're the same thing then pc games would be as appealing to me on a screen in the pooper as the wii u's games.

It seemed like a sarcastic post but maybe that's just me being cynical, my bad~
