I'm really unlucky... There's only on site where I can have help from people, but people don't know how to help me with that problem, and I just understand english a quit well so if anyone can really help me I'll maybe don't understand and all these freaking Nintendo phone help service (idk how it's call in english) was made by Octodad x'( AND I don't want to buy another Wii U just for that AND I just buy a new game for anything.......

Before factory reset it, did I need to delete my Nintendo account ? I'll maybe must do another account if I doesn't delete it before ?

Ok, I don't think i'll try this right now, I prefer to wait to have my computer back and other things. But if you guys have any advice, do not hesitate !

I'm not sure how you'll be able to fix this issue, but don't do a factory reset on your Wii U. All the save data that would be backed up on a hard drive wouldn't work with the factory reset Wii U. When you plug a hard drive into it, it's optimized to only work for that Wii U. If you do a factory reset, I'm pretty sure the system will forget the optimization, and all the save data/games you've downloaded won't be able to be transferred back onto the Wii U. Deleting your Nintendo account also deletes all your eShop purchases and Miiverse profile, so unless you haven't bought anything I wouldn't advise doing that either.
