You have to hand it to Reggie, not getting mad (well, not showing it) when she said the Wii U was "on-par with the 360 and the PS3".

Considering his position in the company he can't get mad or show his emotions regardless of how he feels. He has to be tactful and impartial.

To be fair you can't blame Nintendo for not repairing it for free under the warranty as its not a manufacturing defect or fault. I don't know exactly how it fell but regardless it sounds like a user error or in other words your own fault it fell off on to the floor. It's your responsibility to take care of it and make sure something like that doesn't happen. It's inevitable that if it falls there is a chance it will break or get damaged. I would suggest you stop blaming Nintendo for what happened to your Gamepad and for refusing to fix it for free.

Yea go ahead, but I'm sure DLC and actual games can only be stored on the console or external HDD.

I believe Wii U saved games can also only be stored on the internal storage or an external hard drive. I don't think there is any confirmation of what can actually be stored on the SD cards and external USB memory sticks.

Stay away from this game. The popularity will decline by the month.

What puts you in a position to actually make such a statement ? Considering the genius behind Rayman Origins and the fact that this is the direct sequel to that puts a lot of validity in its quality. Not to mention everyone and anyone who's played the demo and journalists who have had a chance to try it out all say its a fantastic games. Thanks but no thanks. I question the credibility of someone who puts so much faith in the new 007 Bond game when the general consensus of the other console versions is that its a poor game. I suggest people don't stay away from it and give it a go, making their own mind up.

It's been delayed until 2013 in the UK and EU with no new confirmed release date yet but the developer won't acknowledge why it has been delayed.

With all due respect a Nintendo rep is going to tell you what you want to hear and not neccessarily what is true. I'm not saying the rep was lying but you should take what they say with a pinch of salt.

It may well be a power or lack there of issue. It's possible that drive requires more power then what one USB port on the Wii U can provide. It's a long shot but using a USB Y cable may help. This is assuming it doesn't already use its own power supply.

Uh oh, that don't sound too good, it could be that you are using USB 3.0, I'm sure the Wii U only supports USB 2.0................................

USB 3.0 hard drives are supposed to work they will just work at 2.0 speeds so I don't think it's that.

sony and microsofts gimmicks aren't the main point for the system, they are an add on that adds a little flavor, a very, very little flavor. I'm just saying if what you want is lots of multiplayform titles than Nintendo probably isn't for you.

Considering how Microsoft is heavily promoting the Kinect and even "blackmailing" developers and publishers into putting its functionality into games that shouldn't even have it in the first place I think there is a lot of validity in my comment.

if you want one console per generation, and you want most the ports, then DON'T GET A NINTENDO CONSOLE!!! Nintendo hasn't been the spec leader in a while, and they never will be again! You won't get a powerful console from them, your gonna get gimmickey stuff like touch screen controllers and motion controls, that add a little flavor to gameplay but don't completely renew it. I buy Nintendo for their exclusives, although I am fortunate enough to be able to get 2 consoles a generation so I probably will get PS4.

That's funny because Sony and Microsoft have their own fair share of gimmicky controllers. The consoles of all three major hardware manufacturers have their strengths and weaknesses and at the end of the day anyone who can only afford one needs to weight these up and choose which one is best for them.

Well a lot of companies I order from use Yodel, cos they are cheaper, they are truly terrible, the delivery drivers are like one step away from amoebas, lmao

Everything I've ordered has come by FedEx, UPS or TNT. All have been reliable except for the rare delay in delivery.
