#49188 What do you HATE about your favorite games.

Posted by Wertville on 25 December 2011 - 06:24 PM

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.

Outstanding game. What was it known for? Grueling hard difficulty, very large array of characters, a deep, and sometimes confusing,  plot that expanded upon it's equally outstanding, but less confusing, predecessor, the lack of motion controls, a sword-smith shop and a less-intuitive, but still decent support system.

What of those do I hate about it? None. All of those are either positive or 'meh' to me. What I hated was how freakeling long each individual fight was >.<
Beautiful and awesome animation, but to shorten each level by a few hours I would turn them off. I don't want to wait 30 seconds just to see the guy I killed die in one hit, like I expected, and another 5 to see me gain 1 exp T.T

GBA games have it right; Nice and quick, but equally awesomesauce.

#47633 graphics conversations(Wiiu not mentioned?)

i love how annoyed you are about this (because i am too) and i expect it from you because your sig says wii u = nextgen power house. (love that sig btw) but yh i agree totally how ridiculous it is. mainstream gaming journalists are all a bunch of silly ponys. anyone of us could do their jobs better than them, but yes im confident that when it comes to console wars when all three systems are out, the wii u owners will have no trouble at all. i actually can't wait, i expect an awesome generation for nintendo gamers :D also, developers are saying they don't want to increase graphics too much in future or the cost of developing will be too high and they don't want to make games more expensive.

#46572 What is your most feared video game enemy(ies)?

Posted by Andy on 10 December 2011 - 10:37 AM

The Spirit Guardians from Skyward Sword are probably at the top of my list for most feared video game enemies right now. The creepy/thrilling music when they come to life, the way they animate(as if you have time to look at them though), the risk of failure of the trial if they hit you once... I haven`t been legitimately creeped out by an enemy in a game like that in a long time.

I agree. The Guardians really made the Silent Realm both scary, and exciting. I remember when I first entered he Silent Realm. It went something like this...

I absolutely love this game! And since it's old, I doubt people still plays it.

I must say that I`ve been loving this show since I started watching it last week. I never expected to like it as much as I do.

Welcome to the herd.

I have been watching it since June.
