#109179 Dragon Age III: Inquisition announced! Coming to Wii U?

I read this and I hope so

#109155 What type of Gamer do you consider yourself to be?

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 01:57 PM

Casual, Core, or Hardcore.

If you don't know what each means here:

Casual- Laid Back Fun Games that are simply to play (i.e. Mario, Angry Birds, etc.)

Core- Inbetween Casual and hardcore Gamer, offers more challenge, (i.e. Rayman Origins, F1, etc.)

Hardcore- Extreme, Committed Games that offer the greatest challenge with most of the time the most Gruesome appeal (i.e. Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, etc.)

I wouldn't really agree with your idea of those style of gamers.

Playing Mario doesn't make you a casual gamer, and playing nothing but call of duty and GTA doesn't make you hardcore

#109129 What TV are you gaming on?

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 12:47 PM

Mine is a Dynex 32 inch LCD HD TV that runs 720p.

What happens if you run games in 1080p for a 720p TV? Would it still be 720p?

Yes. Your best can only be 720p

#109066 Super Smash Brothers 4 Character Wishlist

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 10:53 AM

Yeah I saw it after I re:read it Lol....much like you I'm biased since I'm a die hard Sega fanboy. I'd love to see all the ones listed in your post....but God I'd love Robotnik in a Smash Brothers game.

#109045 Rare Employees Would Have Stayed With Nintendo If They Were Still With Nintendo

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 10:21 AM

I know, when you start to add cars into a Banjo Kazooie game you know its bad.

Rofl..."So....I'm figuring on a drunken night out you guys thought up this horrible idea right? " "actually...Steve's daughter thought it up as and we all voted in favor of brilliant " "....you made it up and your just ashamed aren't you.." "Yes....Yes I am..."

#109005 A No Brainer Adaptation for the Wii U

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 08:13 AM

As much as I like the thought of this...I highly doubt we will ever see this. They would pretty much have to retool the entire game to make it possible

#108991 Can nintendo pull of the gamecube2... with better 3rd party support?

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 17 September 2012 - 07:41 AM

The Wii U will be fine. I can see it definitely being the spiritual successor to the Gamecube. For those worried about it not having graphics that are able to keep up with next Gen (which by the way.. No one knows anything about yet outside of the Wii U), seriously...it would be best for all if you just shut up and go away until those systems come out. Nintendo has long gave gamers great EXPERIENCES.Every xbox and playstation has virtually remained the same every generation with same old games and just prettier games. A lot of gamers are content with that, but Nintendo fans..ie the last of the REAL gamers are not content with mediocrity.

#108771 not very much memory

Posted by Tricky Sonic on 16 September 2012 - 03:57 PM

@Gamejunkie - not trying to be a jerk, but your logic sucks and you won't find many people to agree with you. You would rather have a 300GB internal storage for an extra $50 bucks when you can buy a portable 1-2 TB drive for little more?

It's obvious that you don't like that kind of flexibility

#108742 Hey there fellow nintenbros

#108737 WiiU presale sellout smells fishy...

This is part of Nintendo marketing technique. They create much more demand this way.
