It's not going to fail. In my eyes this console will undoubtedly win the console race. By the way I love Sony too.
You guys don't need to worry about WiiU tanking, it has developers up the a** making games for it. And there is a lot of hype and interest in it. Plus it's gonna bring back the non-casual market back and cater to the casual market too. How can they go wrong with that? It will work. I love my casual games and non-casual games. Nintendo is doing everything right this time around.
Also do not forget about the Nintendo TVii service. That is just insanely amazing. I love it and to me was one of the most exciting things I saw at the conference. I love how it is so intuitive and brings everything together on one console. I know that Nintendo TVii alone will help to sell the system.

I think the price is perfect. Not too low and not too high. The Premium bundle is where my money is going, and 350 is not bad at all. I'll be spending around 500 on it altogether seeing as I am getting two more games after that.

I want Reggie and Miyamoto as characters. That would be awesome. With no stupid Mii voices though. They would have to use their real voices.

I listened to the first one and I liked it a lot. Surprisingly since I am not a fan much of this type of music. The Biggie part hooked me in the beginning though because I think he is amazing. After that I sat and listened to the whole thing and I enjoyed while I was in the chat. Keep up the good work and post more of it here.

Oh Dustin you are so right. I hate when forum users don't join chat just because they know posts don't count and whatnot. It's really a dumb way of thinking. Everyone should go into chat, it's so fun. Any of you debating whether or not you should just go in there for an hour and you will see what goes on. And I gurantee you will be laughing.If you're not coming to the chat because you want to boost post count, you're really missing out on a great community.

Nintendo Land better come with the system. Either that or have a new Wii Sports game. Would be cool if they were saving on telling us a new Wii Sports was coming out until the last minute. I think Nintendo would do good to include some free game with the Wii U. That's one of the reasons why the Wii sold so well.

I come from a far off land known as 3DSForums. I'm outerheaven817. I see this place has not hit it's peak yet, but that will all be over soon once all is revealed about the WiiU in the coming weeks and when the system is finally out. I look forward to spending many hours in this forum.
Now about myself, I like many things, but mainly video games. And even more than video games I like Hideo games, Metal Gear being my favorite series ever. Other game series I love are Mario Kart, Fire Emblem, Pokemon, Resident Evil, Gran Turismo, and a few more I can't think of right now.
I like anime too although I don't keep up with it as much as I used too. My favorites are Cowboy Bebop, Rurouni Kenshin, Haruhi Suzumiya, Excel Saga, Blood Plus, and more.
I am a forum addict so I am sure you guys will see me all over for a long time. I get so addicted I start stalking the forums. Lol

Yeah open world Zelda wouldn't be much of a difference. The game is pretty much open world now. I don't know how much newness they can do to Zelda.I doubt that this is legitimate info, but it sounds cool. The thing about Zelda, for me anyways, is the way that they implement a new design idea that radically changes the idea, and play style. Having a giant open world just doesn't do it for me. I want some thing new, something we haven't seen before. (I know someone is inevitably going to get mad at me for saying that, but it is what I have come to expect from Zelda. It was also why I thought Skyward Sword was disappointing. Motion controls weren't big enough of a change for me.)

My favorite is the Super Nintendo and Playstation. They were both RPG havens and had the best libraries ever.
