What's watch dogs?
It's a family game wherein each family member sits in different parts of the house with their gamepad and they wait for the sound of yelping dogs to come through their surround sound system speakers, then they press a corresponding button to make sure the dogs are fed. It's rated M for mature, because when you shake the gamepad you deliver a piledriver to one of the dogs and break their spines.

Can't even enjoy games with my family anymore.
Just another reason to avoid this downgrade.
Um. You can't hide your family from swear words. Your spouse and children will hear those words from neighbors, people behind registers, people on the street, friends, classmates, coworkers and all kinds of other people. Do you plan on keeping your family in a little box tucked neatly in the corner to protect from them from the evil outside world?

At this stage of development I'm confident they're not going to cancel. In a way we have a unique opportunity as WiiUsers because this might mean they are working out kinks in our console that they won't be working out in the other consoles. More time for development, as it were. 
FYI PS4 etc are getting it on July 27. Not sure what that means for us...

idont own any other apple products so it would be new to me

The gaming industry is just lame in general. Wii U is one of the greatest consoles by many standards but the old guard will keep on being the way it is.
