#281787 PS4 officially sold through 7 Million Globally.

And again, I never said all of the games on the list were exclusive to the console/generation. I simply said they're worthwhile, quality titles that're worth playing.

It seems to me that's more your opinion and less fact. Just because a next-gen console's games are also available on the previous generation doesn't make them awful or not worthwhile in any way.

I'm going to stop now. It seems any arguments being brought up are just opinions rather than facts, and this is going off-topic anyway.

my point is the PS4 offers the least of all current gen consoles atm. If this is the first console someone's ever bought, then maybe, but for most, it isn't.

In the future it may gain more games, but i dont expect that until late 2015. At that point there would be more next gen only exclusives that are 'truly' next gen. Its also more likely they will release games that might be able to compete with smash or other top tier games.

Late 2015 is tentative and assuming sony fixes their financial issues, which is quite literately surviving long enough for PS4 to crack large enough of a profit.

I think we are saying the same thing but in different words lol. I think I just got hung on your list because it was a bad example. Not the facts themselves of the 3rd party support for the future or it's current sales. Why would that be disputed. Going to buy it at some point anyway. Liked everything Sony I have. Esp PS3,PSP and Vita.

Side note last I will ever change my name away from Ryudo. Regret this decision

tboss true just Sony always gets good jrpg's and a bunch of them. Why I want it at some point.

Sony was undeniably the better choice back then, for most games.

way i see it is both consols with get plenty of JRPG's this gen.

  1. inFAMOUS: Second Son

And that's just currently released stuff that I can think of. Over the Summer/Fall, it's getting Destiny, Arkham Knight, Assassin's Creed Unity, Middle-Earth Shadow of Mordor, The Crew, Driveclub, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Dying Light among others.

And surprise! Not one of those is coming to Wii U at time of this post.

That is the only worthwhile game the PS4 has atm. everything else is eather a last gen game/port or a generic rehash of a common last gen game.  PS4 is winning with the worst game line up so far this gen. just shows how much more important hype is over actual games in selling consuls.

9. for glory needs stocks

in the video he said you need to play custom(friends) for stocks. the vast majority of competitive play uses stock by default.

#279421 whats the advantage of a gpu with high bandwith

Posted by tboss on 01 April 2014 - 02:08 PM

simple version for Edram.

its pretty much on die memory to hold small redundant information for the GPU/CPU.

Inshort it stores redundant information to clear up bandwidth hogs, thus raising effective bandwidth, and help the CPU/GPU in general get some things done faster.

#279070 I think its time to support Ubisoft

Be careful, Sony will sue you.

they need the money.

#279021 What on earth could Nintendo should do at E3 to win back developers?

Posted by tboss on 29 March 2014 - 08:35 PM

Hype, it is the single most valueable aspect in selling a consule this generation. Developers follow the hype.

Want proof, PS4 is leading so far off of hype ALONE. both wiiU and xbox1 have better games, and more games. Neather are at risk of going out of business. (microsoft would sell off the xbox1 but there isnt any sign of complete abandonment.) Power is just enough to compete with laptops, and soon outdone by tablets.

#278553 Sony lays off more studios

Posted by tboss on 25 March 2014 - 02:26 PM

Is the Sony Hype Marketing campaign losing ground against reality?!

They're breaking even, or making money on each console.
I don't believe they are losing any money on 6 year old tablet technology.

it costs ruffly 380 dollers to make 1 PS4. once you add in anything, sony loses money per console. retailer's cut, transpertation, marketing, distribution, ect.

#276654 Nintendo did not care for EA's port, nor did EA...

Posted by tboss on 10 March 2014 - 09:48 AM

saw this on gaf.

people were insulting the devs on one of the few solid/semi-solid ports. When in reality EA was at much larger fault.

#276556 Wii U cant handle EA Sports UFC.

Posted by tboss on 09 March 2014 - 07:01 PM

'we are pushing the limits of the PS4 and xboxone.'

sure you are.

also there just might be a PC port. you litterly copy/paste the xbox version and you go the PC port. granit a half ass port. wiiU, just minor graphics hit, the actual game itself, no difference.

#273545 Just bought a gaming PC

i would not recemend windows 8. It is functional, but that OS tends to cause more frustration than innovation, not to mention a larger OS load overhead. also 2 monitors are unnecessary, overall a waste of money unless you have a high end graphics card.

at MatrixChicken.

what power range or cost range are you looking at. also is there anything you are using from a old computer such as a keyboard, mouse, or monitor? The case is fairly simple, get one that is big enough to fit whatever your going to put in. 7in in its shortest direction is enough. i would also recemend PC part picker. It will tell you about CPU to mother board compatibility, though its not very helpful beyond that. a simple guidline is that the last number usualy says how many pins the CPU and mother board have. usualy something along the lines of CPU name 1115 or 1110 1050 or something similar. that number should mean the number of pins are on the CPU and make sure it matchs up with the slot number on the mother board. the mother board usualy says whats compatable in the discription, but you should still check the slot name/pin number.

Ram is straight forward, you put it in the slot till it clicks. same with GPU, sound card, and other accessories. intact most part littery just plug into the only slot it is meant to go in. when you get your parts, you will find these brass screws, you screw them into the holes in your case, put your motherboard on top, and use your normal screwed to the screw your motherboard in. they simply raise your motherboard from the case. also your mother board should feature a colorful plug, you will need to read your case manual for that for it controls your case plugin's. they, unlike the rest of the computer, are not streightfoward.

also look at the PCI/PSI slots on the motherboard, that will tell you what sticks fit, also if you get strong enough of the GPU, it will take 2 slots or cover up 1 of the slots. The easist way to see where it would fit is look at the picture on the box and see if the connector looks like it will fit in the slot.

with the power supply, overshoot what you should need by 100-200 watts. you dont want it to operate near max, and if it does, your computer may just quit for no apparent reason.

also plug your computer into a wall, not a power strip. only the wall outlet will provide enough power for it to turn on if you make strong enough of a computer.
