I was sure it was never cancelled, although things happen so you never know haha. It was revealed way back in a direct but didn't Nintendo mention it in a direct last year very briefly or at e3? I remember something that reassured fans it was still coming.
At the Codename: Steam event one of the developers said they were still working on it. He also mentioned Advance Wars and Fire Emblem for another time.

I don't know.. I only ever saw them growing closer as friends, there didn't seem like there was a romantic attraction between the two and that's why I think it was done poorly. Just showing them as close friends that trust each other a lot does not suggest romantic attraction to me, I think it could have been done much better than it was.
To me it felt like they went from good friends to this mutual attraction of "hey lets hold hands as we go on our vacation alone in the spirit world together" which to me felt rushed, there wasn't any romantic development of the relationship before that so it seemed sudden.
I think either one would have been fan service because the series seemed like it would have made more sense to end without her in a relationship.

When I was younger I was really into this stuff, UFO's, Conspiracies etc. I am still intrigued but I think Nessie keeps my interest more then finding some big foot.

It's hard, in a situation like this, to save everyone but at least they kept the casualties low.

I played it and beat it a long time ago. The storyline had so many twists and turns, it was great.
So by the way, I asked awhile back if anyone besides me was playing Fantasy Life. Sorc said you had it as well.

In all seriousnes Link from Ocarina of Time became a Hylian Soldier but upset he was unable to pass his skills down he as a dead warrior teaches Link in Twilight Princess his skills. I also like to think of Link as Adol in that sense post saving the land he still helps others. Or again like OoT child link gets sent to Termina and ave them.

I've been meaning to watch the Clone Wars series but it'll probably be after I catch up on Rebels since the little I have seen of that seems promising.
Watch TCW. It's awesome. As for the trailer, I loved seeing that the galaxy had moved on, yet, it hadn't. I'm expecting the whole "awakening" to be similar to Korra Book 3 with the airbenders. Rumor has it the villain we see is a guy that has studied the dark side and is a collector of Sith artifacts. I'm thinking he'll be similar to Zaheer: he knows and has studied enough so that when he can, he's super dangerous. The claymore lightsaber is probably an early prototype or something the villain found and experimented with. I'm hyped. The teaser gave just enough to hype so I can say,"This will atleast be really great."
