Literally days ago I bought the Wii U ZombiU Deluxe Set, I love it! I've mainly played on the PS3 and Xbox 360, laughing at whatever Nintendo released; however the Wii U really captured my attention, I took a risk buying it and it turned out to be well worth it. However I feel pretty lonely online even with the Miiverse! So I searched google for an active community and here I am! My name is Wes, I'm 19 years old and have been playing video games all through my childhood. I currently reside in beautiful Vancouver, Canada and work as a sales associate at a huge sports retail chain. How is everyone doing!?

There's so many, it seems un-natural.

Resident evil Zero and resident evil

I'm gonna throw this out there, I would've put up things like Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Super Smash Bros. Melee etc. however, they have recent releases in what they are (well, Luigi is getting Dark Moon soon).

I'd like to think it far greater than, going by popularity, that it would be better to go with franchises that haven't seen the light of day for some time. I keep using the 5 year example because it's decent enough. I said F-Zero GX not because I enjoy the franchise, but because it hasn't been around albeit something in Nintendo Land. It would be nice to see this as Virtual Console in that case. Another name to mind is Starfox, and I'm more inclined to Adventures on this one. Other than Assault and Command, it too hasn't seen anything (I'm not including a enhanced port like Starfox 64 3D on this).

I also kinda want to say Soul Calibur II, just for Link. There's also room for Tales of Symphonia, which could have a Wii digital release, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, releasing alongside. I think that would be cool.

Oh, and the Mega Man/ Mega Man X Collections.

Special magic Gamecube U controller release.

I'd love to see Smash Bros. Melee, Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Paper Mario TTYD, Mario Kart Double Dash, and Wario World on the Virtual Console. Off Tv Play for those games would be heaven. Only problem would be the analog triggers, this is where Nintendo would have to make a new controller, or get crafty with the Pro Controller/Gamepad.

I, like many gamers are hoping for Gamecube games on the Wii U Virtual Console. It only makes sense, as it is now two generations outdated. However, there is one thing that the Gamecube controller has that the Wii U pad doesn't - analogue triggers.

If you don't know what these are, they are triggers that react depending on how hard you push them in. So, in Mario Sunshine, lightly pressing the button will allow Mario to spray FLUDD lightly while running around. However holding in the button all the way will make Mario more like a turret, standing in place.

There are ways around it, but it would be difficult, and the tutorials wouldn't match up properly.


So while it may be difficult to put some Gamecube games on the VC, there are ways around it, as I stated in my original post. The touch screen could compensate, and don't forget - Nintendo made Jynx purple in Pokemon Snap to avoid racial problems, (look it up) so I'm sure they can edit text.

But back on topic...
