I call the Wii U current gen. How can you call something next gen when it's already released!
Yep, Wii U started the current gen of next gen. So we are in current gen now.

Coming on or before June 20th.
http://wiiudaily.com...date-for-nsmbu/
- It will allow the downloading of the Luigi DLC from within NSMBU; you won’t have to download it from the eShop.
- It will allow both games to be played with the Wii U Pro Controller.
While these are relatively small updates, both are very welcome. Being able to download the DLC right from the game is a lot more convenient than having to navigate through the eShop. The Pro Controller support is something that has been missing for no real reason and it’s great that they’re finally adding it.

Uh, that would be illegal, but you know these devs they love porting 1 or 2 yearold games to Wii U.
bad ports should be illegal too LOL ![]()

I was playing MH3 and the fruit in the barrels were just painted on (even if it was just a 3DS port), but it was still fun nonetheless. I found it pretty funny though that everyone raved about its graphics (that weren't even that great) when the real killer was the gameplay.
I agree with you though I think when most people are talking about it's graphics (MH3) they are really speaking of the art style. As some mentioned, many times art style/direction goes hand and hand with graphics.

Honestly sounds like it could be something on the mobile side, some sort of service/ subscription, app etc to bring more classic games back to life. Maybe a Sega Virtual Console.

As has already been stated, Nintendo Land is pulling off effects that are downright impossible on last generation hardware, as well as effects that were absolutely unfeasible given the performance limitations. Not only that, its doing it on two separate screens, at the same time, from completely different viewpoints, with nary a hiccup in sight.
What you are looking for is not a great looking game, you are looking for a great looking photorealistic game, that shows advances over the previous two HD twins. It will come in the form of Watch_Dogs, Splinter Cell, and other games running on brand new engines.
It will also happen with Retro's title, whatever it ends up being. For now, we have great looking games that are simply ports from other systems and then we have exclusives like NanoAssault, which is amazing looking, NFS, which was able to do things the PS360 versions were not, Trine2, which is a PC port rather than a console port because it was able to handle the game better.
The proof is right there in front of you, you just aren't willing to look at it and accept it for what it is.
This should be printed and distributed via a military airborne leaflet drop.

Looks like we have the official box art now, not sure how long it's been up. But it looks great!
Anyone know the features in this game for NN?

I always get insulted by friends and internet folk saying that Wii/Nintendo is for kids.
I try my best to ignore them and carry on supporting Nintendo/
Friend don't insult. Your real friends would not disrespect you over a silly argument. ![]()

- some stages focus on slower speeds with more platforming
- some stages focus more on speed

- the two key ideas are being able to control Sonic’s speed and a ‘Parkour system’
- this allows players to automatically accommodate basic obstacles when Sonic runs
