Already got a Wii U, considering greatly getting a PS4. Question: Who in the HELL are the 3 people who voted for Xbox One? Why? Whats wrong with you? Your basically paying companies like MS and EA to kill off the gaming industry, tell me I'm wrong in 10 years, please do.

Why is Xbox One in there? Its a cable box not a gaming console. My calculator has more games than just voice commands.
Wii U & PS4 and possibly my PC forever.

$10 says that they were developing for the Wii U in the first place, and all the commentary thus far has been opinionated or misinformed miscommunications.
Twitter is a rainbowhole. Take every comment that comes out of it with a grain of salt, as nothing that does pop out of there could ever be counted as an official statement.
I honestly did find it hard to believe that EA dropped the Wii U completely at any point. They already knew giving up on it works poorly on them, considering they literally were handpicked to work on the consoles networking options, or something to that effect.

The more i think about it, does anybody feel nintendo might deliberatly underpower the wii u so the big third party games dont outsell there first party titles?
No...
1. It's not underpowered
2. It's a terrible way to gain money. Nintendo gain some money from third party games that sell on their console. What's the point of making underpowered console so third parts don't sell on it? they are just going to be losing money themselves.

the wii u has been out for ages, its a known fact the wii u has a poor selection of games even now. and xbox one is getting 15 exclusives inb the first year, not to mention full backing from the 3rd party developers and its not even out yet!
