It's a great game, like a classic 2d Mario game in 3d. The only thing I don't like about the controls is that running uses the same button as picking things up, so you end up picking up and throwing the other players all the time. There are a lot of unused buttons they could have assigned to picking up instead, so it's quite annoying.
Um... The run button has always been the same button ad the pickup. Ever since The first game where you can pick up shells.

But you know... He's the same guy that thought that Nintendo was in a position to claim that the Xbox One and PS4 had a poor launch library, so I can't take him seriously anyway.
Um, the Xbox One and PS4 does have a poor launch library, just because Nintendo also did means he's not allowed to say that? It's like saying I have a terrible singing voice, but I call other singers terrible, I'm allowed to say that, it's an opinion. Just because the same thing is happening to me doesn't mean I'm not allowed to say it to others.

Sometimes people say idiotic things on the comment section, remember the 2ds announcment, the entire comment section was like "OOH Nintendo wtf you doing! blarg!" and such. Sometimes it's just best to disable it.

My guess is Sonic: Lost World 2, could be wrong, but that's my guess
I want Sega to make a Adventure 3, but my hope for that is long gone.

This isn't much of a review, more of what the game is like and what I thought about it.
Just finished Sonic: Lost World, My thoughts? It's... Ok.
The levels and graphics look amazing, the design on the levels with stuff like candy and terrain look stunning. The Music is great (there's one level with an AMAZING track to it, loved it), the controls work fine, no idea what reviewers were complaining about, the only time they failed is when I kept running up a wall I didn't want to run up, although it's my fault for holding the button in.
BUT... The levels themselves... meh, the 2D levels are fun, kinda almost exactly like colours just with gravity stuff in it. The 3D levels tho, they feel the same in every world, just different things stuck in different places. There wasn't much variety in the 3D levels as I hoped, there were only about 2-3 3d levels I enjoyed playing, the rest felt the same as the last. Although they are quite hard, a simple mistake and you're dead, a few mistakes and it's game over since there's not many lifes in this game. Definitely not as generous as Mario games.
The worst part about this game is the bosses... For crying out loud they are some of the easiest bosses in gaming history, each only only lasted about 5-10 seconds long, and if it didn't it was because you had to wait a while before you could hit them.
The story is pretty much how recent Sonic games story has gone, not too detailed but enough to keep you curious.
So... ya, I'm probably just going to sell this game tomorrow, there's no replay ability, sure there are different paths in the levels but it doesn't change much, just different paths, If you're thinking of buying this game, the 2D parts are a lot like Sonic Colours 2D parts, but the 3D parts let the game down for me a little.

Dont buy a wii u right now abd here are the reasons
1. Most games dont have online multiplayer
2. No impressive games coming up
3. Almost all ps3 games ported to wii u lack online and dlc
4. Highly anticipated games like fifa 14, battlefield,GTA 5 are not coming to wii u
5. If you buy a digital game from eshop you cant transfer it to anthor console( even if you sold or lost you wii u)
Those are the dis advantges but i suggest you buy it if you love mario and zela
1. Multiplayer doesn't make or break a game...
2. Super Mario 3D World, SSB4, Monoloth Soft X, Sonic Lost World, Casual games, Bayonetta 2 all coming up (Excluding third parties)
3. What's your point? Because some games were ported makes the console worse than it is?
4. Fifa 14 is actually a worse version of Fifa 13, it has MISSING FEATURES! Also Fifa 14 + Battlefield is made by EA, EA sucks. And GTA V isn't on the PS4, Xbox One or PC either.
5. You can, just call Nintendo up and they can sort it for you.
How can you trust someone who can't spell Zelda?
Anyway, I'd say if you have money to burn, buy one, a few games already out for it and even more coming the next few months. It's probably not going to go any cheaper for another year now and since it's not selling much, shops will be doing deals on it.

Knowing such a poor game design mechanic was in the game. They should have just made the game a little easier and removed it.
1. you could ignore it and play without it
2. the game was easy enough to not even know it existed, making it easier would just be pretty useless.
3. It's for people who have a hard time doing levels in the game, they didn't want people to be stuck on 1 level forever.

1. There is a story mode, just no cutscenes
2. There would be an outrage if there was less characters, they wouldn't risk it
3. Nintendo doesn't make a big deal on new announced characters, they make 1 miiverse post and add a page to the website.
4. They will only announce new characters in special times, like a big Ninty Direct or E3, not in a picture on miiverse...

I'm not liking the Fennekin evolution, if only because I'm worried it will become fire/fighting AGAIN.
It's confirmed that it can learn 3 physic moves and a "Glow Punch" which to me doesn't sound like a fighting move. It's not going to be fighting type.
Also I wouldn't get upset with these evolutions, secondary evolutions have never looked good, look at Wartortal, Croconaw, Combusken, Marshtomp, Monferno, Pignite. All terrible but turn into great pokemon.
