Doesn't change the fact that the bottom screen could have been much better if it had been filled with: art of the current area, or they could have filled the map into it instead of just relegating it into one corner; they could have even just made it so artes could be selected on the bottom screen for a much simpler battle system.

Mistwalker's founder, Hironobu Sakaguchi has showcased new concept art of a title expected to be fully revealed later this year. Gematsu reported that the artwork is illustrated by Kimihiko Fujisawa. Sakaguchi has said that he wants the art style to appear pencil drawn, though still 3D.
