Hello everybody just a quick question. Im getting a wii u tomorrow for Christmas cant wait! I was thinking about buying some classic games from the wii shop like paper mario and stuff. Do you think I should wait for them to come to the wii u or just purchase them off the wii and transfer them? Will they play the same and will i be able to use the pro controller for both? Just trying to figure out which is the better option.

I literally despise black ops 2 for xbox 360 hopefully the wii u one is a little better.

I just ended up going with the white one. I have a TB storage so thats not a problem and Nintendo land wasn't a big deal first game is going to be Mario. Also saved myself $50 and I was a day too late for the black but im not complaining the basic will do just fine :)

Opened 10 different tabs called every store all sold out last resort best buy called they said they had some in stock not aloud to say how many. So i drove super fast to get to best buy finally got there and.... they had some in stock! :D Funny thing was I originally preordred it from best buy but canceled because of black ops 2 and halo 4 i didn't think i would have enough money sure enough the cancel preorder never canceled so mine was sitting there :) I bought it for Christmas so my parents wouldn't have to go crazy searching for one now the waiting game begins... :(

Im getting the basic :) Would have probably got deluxe but it was sold out... but im just happy i got a pre order in since they are sold out everywhere.

What's everybody's age that pre ordered the wii u? My friend was saying it's gonna be a bunch of kids at midnight release but I think Nintendo is getting some older more hard core gamers. I'm 20 years old and I'm excited :D what about you guys?

Here in NJ everywhere is sold out of the deluxe toys r us walmart gamestop target best buy I was out of luck :/ I settled with the basic at best buy.

I'm pre ordering the deluxe this week can't wait! Probably going to do mine at best buy its only a $5 deposit and I have a $50 best buy gift card can't wait!
